   These are the germ hotspots — do them on every visit, not just deep cleans.

   All-purpose cleaner on the cloth, then wipe the rail top, sides and underside along its full length.

   Switches and sockets: damp cloth only, never spray directly at electrics.

   Door handles both sides, plus the plate around them.

5. 5

   Wall marks: test a hidden spot, then blot rather than scrub so you do not lift the paint.
