Steps

   Split by room, not by task, so two people are never in the same doorway.

   One person takes wet rooms, the other takes dry rooms, then both meet on floors.

   Agree who does the final doorway check of each room before you leave it.

   Share the kit: one set of products travels between you rather than duplicating.

   Never leave a colleague's room half finished without telling them.

   Same standard from everyone: the client should not be able to tell who cleaned which room.
