Before/after job routine

Steps

   BEFORE — confirm the address and time, check your kit, and dress to the uniform standard.

   ON ARRIVAL — greet the client, confirm priorities and off-limits areas, note existing damage.

   Walk the home and plan your order before you unpack anything.

   DURING — work room by room; report any breakage immediately, never hide it.

5. 5

   AFTER — final doorway check of every room, collect all your tools, and take the rubbish out.

6. 6

   Tell the client what was done and anything that needs restocking, then check in on the app.
