Steps

   Line up shoes neatly and hang stray coats and bags.

   Wipe the door handle, doorbell area, light switches and the front of the door.

3. 3

   Wipe the console or shoe bench top in an S-pattern.

4. 4

   Shake the mat outside, sweep or vacuum the floor, spot-mop marks.

This is the first thing the client sees when they come home. Five tidy minutes here changes the whole impression.
