Washing blankets and pillows

Steps

   Read the care label — some blankets and memory foam pillows must never be machine washed.

   Wash two pillows at a time to balance the drum, on a warm gentle cycle with a small amount of detergent.

   Run an extra rinse so no detergent stays inside the filling.

4. 4

   Dry on low with clean dryer balls or tennis balls to break up clumps, and check the core is truly dry.

   Blankets: cold gentle wash, no fabric softener on fleece, dry on low or air dry flat.
