To glove or not — hygiene practice

Steps

1. 1

   Gloves on for the toilet, always. Disposable is best.

2. 2

   Toilet gloves or cloths never touch another surface in the house. Colour-code them if you can.

3. 3

   If you reuse gloves, wash the gloved hands with soap and hot water before touching anything else.

4. 4

   Change gloves between bathrooms in the same house.

5. 5

   Wash your hands after every bathroom even if you wore gloves the whole time.
